DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A magnification type precursor ternary lithium-ion battery cathode material comprises nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide (NiaCobMn(1-a-b) (OH)2), where a, b, a+b is 0-1, where the flake nanoscale graphene material micro-flakes are uniformly distributed in the interior of the particle.
