NOVELTY - The preparation of industrial aminated graphene, involves (1) peeling off graphite by supercritical carbon dioxide stripping method, dispersing obtained graphite powder in deionized water, breaking, crushing and drying, (2) washing dried product with acid solution, adding main oxidant and auxiliary oxidant, carrying out oxidation reaction at 10-90 degrees C for 2-6 hours, after the completion of reaction, washing the mixture with water, carrying out suction filtration and drying to obtain graphene oxide powder, (3) dispersing graphene oxide powder in solvent, adding chlorinating agent at -20-20 degrees C, after 0.5-4 hours, increasing temperature to 50-130 degrees C for 10-24 hours, dripping water until no gas is produced, carrying out suction filtration, washing, re-dispersing filtered product in solvent, (4) dripping diamine to dispersion, heating at 160-220 degrees C, controlling pressure of 0.25-0.7 MPa, filtering, washing and dispersing obtained filter cake in deionized water, and (5) drying. USE - Preparation of industrial aminated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of industrial aminated graphene ensuring reduced oxygen content and excellent modification effect by simple easy process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of industrial aminated graphene, involves (1) peeling off graphite by supercritical carbon dioxide stripping method, dispersing obtained graphite powder in deionized water, breaking, crushing and drying, (2) washing dried product with acid solution, adding main oxidant and auxiliary oxidant, carrying out oxidation reaction at 10-90 degrees C for 2-6 hours, after the completion of reaction, washing the mixture with water, carrying out suction filtration and drying to obtain graphene oxide powder, the mass ratio of graphite, main oxidant and auxiliary oxidant is 1:(0.1-1):(0.01-0.1), (3) dispersing graphene oxide powder in solvent, adding chlorinating agent at -20-20 degrees C, after 0.5-4 hours, increasing temperature to 50-130 degrees C for 10-24 hours, dripping water until no gas is produced, carrying out suction filtration, washing, re-dispersing filtered product in solvent, the mass ratio of chlorinating agent and graphene oxide powder is (0.3-3):1, (4) dripping diamine to dispersion, heating at 160-220 degrees C, controlling pressure of 0.25-0.7 MPa, filtering, washing and dispersing obtained filter cake in deionized water, the mass ratio of diamine and chlorinating agent is (0.5-1.5):1, and (5) drying aqueous slurry of aminated graphene.
