▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified epoxy coating comprises 186-198 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-14 pts. wt. multilayer graphene, 12-16 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, 5-13 pts. wt. normal butanol, 5-9 pts. wt. toluene, 18-22 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 18-22 pts. wt. talcum powder, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. non-ionic dispersant and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine. USE - Graphene modified epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is applied to the epoxy resin anticorrosive material with good interlayer bonding force, effectively overcomes the problem of graphene agglomeration, to obtain a stable, efficient, controllable, and long anticorrosive composite coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of graphene modified epoxy coating, which involves weighing 2-14 pts. wt. multi-layer graphene, dissolving in 12-16 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene and 4-8 pts. wt. normal butanol, ultrasonically processing for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain the auxiliary filler, adding 5-9 pts. wt. toluene and 1-5 pts. wt. normal butanol in 186-198 pts. wt. epoxy resin to completely dissolve to obtain the film-forming agent, fully mixing the auxiliary filler and the film-forming agent, grinding for 50-70 minutes at a rotating speed 2000-3000 rotations/minute in a sand mill to obtain the composite material, dewatering the barium sulfate and talcum powder at 100 degrees C, mixing 18-22 pts. wt. barium sulfate and 18-22 pts. wt. talcum powder, ball milling, fully drying and sieving to obtain barium sulfate and talcum powder, mixing the composite material with the barium sulfate and talcum powder, adding 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. 202P anti-settling agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. non-ionic dispersant and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, mixing and sand-milling for 20-40 minutes at a rotating speed 4500-5500 rotations/minute to obtain a composite coating product, filtering the composite coating product, spraying it on the metal sheet, controlling the thickness of the composite coating to be 180-220 mu m, and drying the sprayed metal sheet at a temperature of 58-62 degrees C for 10-14 hours.
