NOVELTY - Preparing hyaluronic acid-graphene oxide composite gel, comprises adding 0.2g of HA powder to 20mL MC solution in batches and stirring to make HA powder fully dispersed and combined. The amount of 10-20 wt.% G O suspension is added to the solution, and 0.5 mL of DF-PEG solution is added dropwise to the prepared solution, stirred for 2-6h, and refrigerated overnight at 4 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing hyaluronic acid-graphene oxide composite gel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hyaluronic acid-graphene oxide composite gel, which enhances the mechanical strength of the composite gel, which has broad application prospects in bone tissue engineering.
