NOVELTY - Producing graphene metal layered complex material comprises stacking a number of metal base material separated by an interlayer material in a sealing chamber, growing graphene on the metal base material to obtain a graphene-metal complex material, separating the graphene metal complex material from the interlayer material, stacking graphene metal complex materials, hot pressing the stacked graphene metal complex materials, and completing the graphene growth, interlayer material separation, graphene-metal complex stacking, and hot pressing forming processes in the same sealing chamber. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene metal layered complex material, which is useful in aviation, space, electronics, automobiles and other high-tech industries. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes continuous graphene of the metal complex material; improves production efficiency; separates the metal base material processing and high quality graphene preparation to the requirement; makes the metal base material and graphene film close to the single crystal; lifts metal base graphene at the same time of improving the graphene of metal layered complex material; avoids the unnecessary waste of the energy; reduces packaging, storage, transportation and other processes; shortens the process time; reduces the working time; and avoids the bad influence of the oxidation caused by the oxidation and adsorption impurity to the conductivity to improve the graphene.
