ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial polyethylene material has good antibacterial, wear-resistant, mechanical properties, and have strong binding force with aluminum-plastic materials, and preparation method is simple and low in cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a method for preparing the antibacterial polyethylene material for nano-injection molding, which involves mixing polyethylene, polymers, antioxidants, and antibacterial compatibilizers uniformly and add them to a high-speed mixer for pre-mixing, melting and blending the mixed materials, and then sending them to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation to obtain nano Injection molded antimicrobial polyethylene material; and 2. an antibacterial compatibilizer, is prepared by heating and reacting graphene-containing polymer and the eugenol-containing polymer under the action of a catalyst to obtain an antibacterial compatibilizer.
