NOVELTY - Shaft box spring comprises a rubber ring. The rubber ring comprises 70 pts. wt. rubber, 30 pts. wt. high styrene, 20-50 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-15 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. mineral oil, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 3-10 pts. wt. activator and vulcanizing agent. USE - Shaft box spring for use in a steering frame of a rail vehicle i.e. large-axis heavy rail vehicle e.g. motor train unit. ADVANTAGE - By adjusting the mass parts of the rubber ring, the longitudinal rigidity of the shaft box spring reaches 9kN/mm, longitudinal deformation displacement is 4-5 mm, and vertical rigidity satisfy.
