NOVELTY - Preparing light-emitting diode packaging material involves uniformly mixing blue nitrogen-doped graphene/carbon quantum dots and yellow nitrogen-doped graphene/carbon quantum dots in an epoxy resin solution according to the mass ratio of 1:(3-7) to obtain a mixed system A. The mixed system A is filled into the pore channels of the delignified wood to obtain wood filled with the quantum dots/epoxy resin, and cured the wood filled with the quantum dots/epoxy resin at room temperature to obtain target product. USE - Method for preparing light-emitting diode packaging material for emitting white light under excitation of deep ultraviolet light.e.g LED display. ADVANTAGE - The method enables cost-effective raw materials, and the nanocomposite material obtained by filling biomass carbon quantum dots (CQDs)/epoxy resin into delignified wood is used as an LED packaging material that emits white light under the excitation of deep ultraviolet light.
