NOVELTY - Preparing lunch box with adding antibacterial masterbatch comprises (1) drying and blending base material, classifying raw materials of the composition, drying, and flattening to remove moisture after drying, (2) mixing nano-graphene into deionized water, ultrasonic dispersion for 25-35 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide dropwise, slowly pouring in mixed solution of zinc oxide and chitosan after stirring, washing with water, and washing again with alcohol solution, and drying to obtain graphene antibacterial masterbatch loaded with zinc oxide, and crushing ultra-finely and filtering to obtain antibacterial masterbatch powder, (3) adding obtained graphene masterbatch and dried polypropylene into twin-screw extruder for mixing and feeding, mixing and loading titanium dioxide and colloid into pores of the graphene oxide, and (4) through pressure mixing extrusion of polypropylene and modified graphene, and adding into lunch box injection molding machine. USE - The method is useful for preparing lunch box with adding antibacterial masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves load anti-pressure ability through titanium dioxide particles, and durability and safety of the lunch box; and ensures external surface and glossiness after preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lunch box with adding antibacterial masterbatch comprises (1) drying and blending base material, classifying raw materials of the composition, drying, and flattening to remove moisture after drying, (2) mixing nano-graphene into deionized water, ultrasonic dispersion for 25-35 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide dropwise, slowly pouring in mixed solution of zinc oxide and chitosan after stirring, washing with water, and washing again with alcohol solution, and after repeated washing for three times, maintaining in an oven at 75-85degrees Celsius, drying for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene antibacterial masterbatch loaded with zinc oxide, and crushing ultra-finely and filtering to obtain antibacterial masterbatch powder, (3) adding obtained graphene masterbatch and dried polypropylene into twin-screw extruder for mixing and feeding, injecting titanium dioxide nano-aerosol into colloid through the jet pump in the extrusion section, mixing and loading titanium dioxide and colloid into pores of the graphene oxide, mixing, and passing into back side lunch box injection molding machine, and (4) through pressure mixing extrusion of polypropylene and modified graphene, and adding into lunch box injection molding machine, injection molding lunch box, cooling lunch box by air cooling, and passing to side packaging production line through lunch box injection molding machine for combined packaging.
