▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin dioxide/graphene composite material comprises (1) mixing tin chloride, expanded graphite, organic solvent and water, and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment to obtain precursor solution, (2) subjecting the precursor solution to microwave high pressure hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging, filtering, washing with water and drying to obtain solid powder, and (3) performing first heat treatment and second heat treatment to powder respectively to obtain tin dioxide/graphene composite material, where the first heat treatment temperature is 500-600 degrees C, and time is 10-20 minutes, the second heat treatment temperature is 300-350 degrees C, and time is 50-80 minutes. USE - The tin dioxide/graphene composite material is useful as lithium ion battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable. The tin dioxide/graphene composite material is easy to operate, and has excellent electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tin dioxide/graphene composite material, prepared by above method.
