▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Chain extender, hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer, methyl ethyl ketone solvent and triethylamine are added to polyurethane prepolymer and reacted. Water is added to mixture and emulsified, to obtain hydrophilic polyurethane. Graphene and dispersant are added to water, reacted and ultrasonically-processed, to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. Polyurethane dispersion, graphene dispersion liquid and phosphate ester are added to hydrophilic polyurethane, and shear-agitated, to obtain graphene-and-rare-earth-modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive coating. USE - Preparation of graphene-and-rare-earth-modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-and-rare-earth-modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive coating having excellent flame retardance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 92 g Tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate and 44 g aqueous sodium hydroxide with mass fraction of 20% are added to reactor and reacted at 80 degrees C for 2 hours. 272 g Aqueous solution containing ytterbium chloride with mass fraction of 20% and 2 g pentoxyverine and sodium hydroxide solution are added to mixture, and pH of solution is adjusted to 7-8. The mixture is stirred at 20-30 degrees C for 3 hours, filtered, dried and crushed to 3000 mesh or more, to obtain 96.2 g ytterbium-phosphorus flame retardant. Ytterbium-phosphorus flame retardant and dibutyl tin catalyst in weight ratio of 2:1-4:1 are mixed with hexamethylene diisocyanate and reacted at 70-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours. Sodium glucoheptonate is added and reacted at 70-90 degrees C for 30 minutes, to obtain polyurethane prepolymer. The catalyst comprises 0.2-0.7 wt.% ytterbium phosphorus flame retardant and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The total weight of sodium glucoheptonate, ytterbium phosphate as flame retardant and hexamethylene diisocyanate is 0.1-0.2 wt.% with respect to catalyst. 2.6-3.2 wt.% Chain extender is added with respect to total weight of polyurethane prepolymer, hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer and 12-25 wt.% methyl ethyl ketone solvent are added to polyurethane prepolymer, reacted at 70-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and 5-7 wt.% triethylamine is added with respect to polyurethane prepolymer and reacted for 30-60 minutes. Water is added to mixture and emulsified, to obtain hydrophilic polyurethane. 20-100 g Graphene and 6-8 g dispersant are added to water, reacted at 30 degrees C and pH of 7 and ultrasonically-processed for 20 minutes, to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. Polyurethane dispersion with solid content of 20-40%, graphene dispersion liquid with solid content of 10-20% and phosphate ester are added to hydrophilic polyurethane, and shear-agitated at pH of 7 for 60-90 minutes, to obtain graphene-and-rare-earth-modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive coating.
