NOVELTY - Manufacturing strained two-dimensional material involves synthesizing two-dimensional material on substrate, separating synthesized two-dimensional material and substrate in fluid phase, providing flexiblity in fluid, where two-dimensional material is attached to surface of flexible substrate in which strain is applied, lifting substrate and releasing strain provided on flexible substrate. USE - Method for manufacturing strained two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufactured strain, which is provided to device positioned on substrate even in state where no external force is applied to substrate.
