▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Grinding wheel grinding layer comprises 15-25 wt.% main abrasive, 10-15 wt.% auxiliary abrasive, 25-45 wt.% main adhesive, 5-17.5 wt.% auxiliary adhesive, 5-10 wt.% carbon black, 3-8 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 3.5-7 wt.% graphene and 1-5 wt.% microcrystalline wax. USE - The layer is useful for external grinding of silicon carbide ingots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The layer: finds some matching materials that are not commonly used in the super hard material grinding wheel industry e.g. microcrystalline wax, graphene and modified phenolic resin; makes up the most preferred formula and molding process; process silicon carbide crystals with high efficiency; refines the finished smoothness to achieve the mirror effect (Ra less than 0.1); and does not need to be trimmed during the processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the grinding wheel grinding layer comprises (1) mixing the components evenly and using as a molding mixture after passing through a 60-180 mesh screen and (2) placing the molding compound and matrix in step (1) into the mold, heating and pressing on a hot press, flattening to obtain a semi-finished grinding wheel and finishing to obtain a grinding wheel.
