NOVELTY - Preparing coolant comprises (i) mixing ethylene glycol, water, 5-sulfosalicylic acid, and silicone oil to obtain base liquid, (ii) preparing corrosion inhibitor, where the corrosion inhibitor is modified complex organic amine corrosion inhibitor, (iii) uniformly mixing dimethylacetamide and 5% aqueous solution of acetic acid according to the weight ratio of 1:45-47, adding to the reaction vessel under the protection of inert gas, stirring at 200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10 minutes, allowing to stand for 30 minutes, heating to 60-65 degrees C, stirring at 500 rpm for 1-2 hours, adding 5.2-5.5% graphene, stirring at 1000 rpm for 3 hours, allowing to stand for 2 hours, filtering by suction, washing with deionized water, and drying to constant weight to obtain modified nano-filler, and (iv) talking 100-102 pts. wt. base liquid, 3-5 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. modified nano-filler by heat bath, adding to reaction tank, and stirring 3000 rpm for 2 hours. USE - The coolant is useful for long-term corrosion inhibition cutting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coolant: quickly remove the high heat generated when the tool is working at high speed and high temperature; thin film of lubricating oil can be formed on the surface of the tool, and reduces the wear of the tool.
