NOVELTY - Waterproof coating comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone resin emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 4-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion defoaming agent, 4-6 pts. wt. quartz powder, 3-6 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 2-3 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 6-9 pts. wt. potassium feldspar powder and 1-2 pts. wt. nipagin. USE - Used as waterproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has anticorrosive and high adhesion properties (claimed), anti-aging effect, high elasticity, integrity, long-service life and does not peel off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Waterproof coating comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone resin emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 4-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion defoaming agent, 4-6 pts. wt. quartz powder, 3-6 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 2-3 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 6-9 pts. wt. potassium feldspar powder and 1-2 pts. wt. nipagin; where the prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises 15-20 pts. wt. graphite, 8-12 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 pts. wt. benzylamine, 20-40 pts. wt. anhydrous alcohol and 100-150 pts. wt. distilled water. The preparation of prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises adopting Hummers method, ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in distilled water for 1-3 hours, adding mixed solution of ethanol and distilled water in the volume ratio of 8:1, ultrasonically treating for 1-2 hours, mechanically stirring and adding hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering, washing using anhydrous alcohol and deionized water for many times, drying until thte bromine ion is not detected, placing the dried material in a container, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone with magnetic stirring, adding benzylamine, uniformly mixing for 1-2 hours, ultrasonically dispersing in distilled water to obtain despersion. The emulsion defoaming agent comprises 1-2 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol, 10-13 pts. wt. polyether modified polysiloxane, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. sorbitan trioleate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol stearate, 10-20 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene superfine powder, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrophobic white carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. guar gum, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. anilino-methyl-trimethoxysilane and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc sulfate. The preparation of emulsion defoaming agent comprises (i) adding anilino-methyl-trimethoxysilane and hydrophobic white carbon black, ultra-fine mixed powder of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyether modified polysiloxane at 120-150? for 1-2 hours, stirring and cooling to room temperature; (ii) adding sorbitan trioleate and polyethylene glycol stearate, heating to 40-60 degrees C, mixing uniformly, adding into step (i) obtained product, high speed stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding remaining components except deionized water, controlling temperature to 70-80 degrees C and low speed stirring; and (iii) adding deionized water slowly into step (ii) obtained product, uniformly stirring, cooling, stopping stirring when the temperature reduces to room temperature, milling resulting material in colloid mill for 2-3 times to obtain emulsion defoaming agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the waterproof coating, comprising: (a) adding organosilicone resin emulsion into reaction kettle, stirring at 500 revolutions per minute, adding organosilicone waterproof agent, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion, continuously stirring for 5-7 minutes; (b) adding 50-60 wt.% emulsion defoaming agent in step (a) obtained product, dispersing, stirring for 5-7 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, dispersing for 8-10 minutes, until particles completely dissolving, increasing the speed to 800 revolutions per minute, adding vinyl acetate, quartz powder, oxidized polyethylene wax and potassium feldspar powder, dispersing and mixing for 15-20 minutes; and (c) adding remaining amount of the emulsion defoaming agent into step (b), dispersing for 5-10 minutes, milling resulting material in colloid mill and filtering to obtain product.
