▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sheet-shaped graphene thin film is formed by graphene deposition using a vapor carbon supply source. Polymer solution with distributed nanoparticles (40) is coated on a substrate (10) and dried, to form polymer thin film (50) including the nanoparticles. The obtained sheet-shaped graphene thin film is attached with the polymer thin film to form top electrode (70). Thus, manufacture of electronic device (100) is carried out. USE - Manufacture of electronic device e.g. light emitting device, solar cell and photodetector. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides electronic device having excellent mechanical strength by simple process. Since deterioration of polymer thin film is suppressed, the performance of electronic device is improved.
