NOVELTY - A perovskite-based catalyst comprises perovskite oxide with multi-level micro-nano structure and 1-10 %mass active nanoparticles dispersed on surface of perovskite oxide. The nanoparticles comprise nickel, copper and/or vanadium. USE - Perovskite-based catalyst for constructing plasma catalytic purifying air system. ADVANTAGE - The perovskite-based catalyst is inexpensive, provides low cost air purifying system with excellent air purifying performance. The catalyst has large amount of high active interface, and improved catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the catalyst, which involves preparing precursor solution of AB'O3 series perovskite material with A and B' elements in the mol ratio of 1:1, preparing precursor solution of active nanoparticles, stirring and mixing the precursor solutions with complexing agent to obtain self-assembled solution, immersing the template agent in the self-assembled solution, centrifuging the solution after dipping, self-assembling and centrifuging, repeatedly for more than 2 times, drying the solid sample obtained by centrifuging, using plasma processing or high temperature sintering to remove the template agent, obtaining micro-nanoporous perovskite framework, using hydrogen gas or mixture of hydrogen and inert gas to discharge plasma.
