NOVELTY - Electrically conductive silicone system adhesive comprises silicone matrix resin, 50-80 pts. wt. silver powder, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.0001-0.005 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.0001-0.005 pts. wt. inhibitor, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.001-0.02 pts. wt. thixotropic agent. USE - Used as electrically conductive silicone system adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has excellent electrical conductivity, long-term weather resistance and bonding performance, improved conductivity and fast curing speed; and solves the problem of poor dispersion between the silver surface and silica gel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electrically conductive silicone system adhesive comprising (i) adding 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt .coupling agent, 0.0001-0.005 pts. wt. inhibitor and 0.0001-0.005 pts. wt. catalyst into the high-speed disperser to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding 1-5 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 0.001-0.02 pts. wt. thixotropic agent into high-speed stirrer and mixing to obtain mixture B, (iii) adding silver powder and graphene into the mixture B in a quality order of 5:3:2, preferably adding the silver powder and graphene in three batches into a high-speed mixer and stirring for 30-45 minutes, transferring the materials into a double planetary mixer and stirring for 20 minutes to obtain final product.
