NOVELTY - Preparing red light-doped graphene quantum dot comprises mixing a precursor material with a solvent to obtain a precursor solution, subjecting the precursor solution to hydrothermal synthesis treatment to obtain a reaction product, and purifying the reaction product. USE - The method is useful for preparing red light-doped graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The dot has high fluorescence intensity and high yield, and emitts red fluorescence under ultraviolet light irradiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for red-light-doped graphene quantum dot prepared according to above mentioned method.
