USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the photo-catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite material, which involves mixing silicon carbide particles and graphene to bond graphene to the surface of the silicon carbide particles to obtain silicon carbide particles having surface-bound graphene, and bonding the surface of the graphene to the inorganic semiconductor nanoparticles to obtain the composite material.
