▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cell exocytosis research chip based on multi-dimensional nano-sensitive materials comprises a counter electrode, a reference electrode and a working electrode. The working electrode is coated with a multi-dimensional nano-sensitive material. The multi-dimensional nano-sensitive material is comprise one-dimensional zinc oxide nanowires, two-dimensional reduced graphene oxide nanosheets and porous zeolite imidazoline framework-8 nanoshells. USE - The chip is used in detecting exocytosis events of dopaminergic neuron cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses economical paper-based electrochemical chips, does not rely on sophisticated measuring instruments and professional experimental operation skills, successfully realizes the research on exocytosis events of dopaminergic cells and the medicine regulation research on exocytosis of nerve cells, directly and conveniently measures the exocytosis of nerve cells, has broad application prospects in the fields of cell physiological process research, common medicine research and novel medicine development research.
