NOVELTY - Kit for detecting canine C-reactive protein based on homogeneous chemiluminescence immunocompetitive method, comprises DNA1-C-reactive protein (cCRP) antigen conjugate, DNA2-cCRP antibody conjugate, and labeled acridinium ester (AE) DNA3 and graphene oxide (GO) combined with antioxidant (AOD). USE - The kit is useful for detecting canine C-reactive protein (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit detecting canine C-reactive protein simply and accurately. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for detecting canine C-reactive protein using the kit, which involves mixing calibration solution of different concentration or containing cCRP blood sample and the test solution in the kit in a volume ratio of 1:10, placing the HSCL-10000 chemiluminescence meter, incubating at 37 degrees C for 5 minutes, after incubation, adding 200 mu l chemiluminescent substrate through HSCL-10000 chemiluminescence meter, immediately passing the photomultiplier tube (PMT), detecting the chemiluminescence signal of solution, where the detection time is 3 seconds, measuring the luminescence value (RLU), and obtaining calibration curve of cCRP and the concentration of cCRP in the test sample.
