NOVELTY - A composite catalytic electrode comprises conductive substrate, reduced number of graphene layers and metal nanoparticles. USE - Composite catalytic electrode used in electrochemical applications, analytical chemistry, biochemical applications, medical applications, environmental applications and energy-related applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite catalytic electrode contains uniformly distributed metal nanoparticles having strong adhesion and electroconductivity. The electrode has improved utilization rate of precious metals, increased catalytic efficiency, reduces the amount of precious metals, and industrial cost. The preparation method is energy efficient, rapid, economical, and suitable for mass production.
