▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves adhering a heat exfoliation sheet with a target substrate. The heat exfoliation sheet is pressurized with graphene according to an atmospheric condition. A flexible board is arranged in a stiffness substrate. The stiffness substrate is made of glass, indium tin oxide, silica, silicon oxide, polydimethylsiloxane, polymethyl methacrylate and silicone rubber. The flexible board is made of polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide, polyehylene naphthalate, polycarbonate and elastomer polymer. USE - Graphene transferring method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preventing damage of the graphene during transcription process and reducing transferring time of the graphene.
