▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a wave guide core layer (2) formed at an upper middle part of a substrate (1), where the substrate is made of silicon material. Left and right sides of the wave guide core layer are respectively provided with two graphite alkene layers (4). Each graphite alkene layer is arranged with an alumina insulating medium layer (5). Two ohmic contact electrodes (3) are located at the wave guide core layer. Upper and lower parts of each graphite alkene layer are respectively connected with each ohmic contact electrode.
