▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanosheet/aluminum composite material involves adding powdered graphene nanosheetsto anhydrous ethanol, using mechanical dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion to prepare ethanol dispersion of graphene nanosheets, grinding spherical aluminum powder balls under protection of inert gas to obtain flaky aluminum powder. The flake aluminum powder is transferred into graphene nanoflake ethanol dispersion prepared under protection of an inert gas. The graphene nanoflake / flake aluminum powder composite slurry is prepared by mechanical stirring. The composite slurry prepared is filtered and dried to obtain graphene nanosheet/flake aluminum powder composite powder, after composite powder obtained is cold-pressed at room temperature and vacuum sintered, graphene nanosheet/aluminum composite material blank is prepared, composite billet is hot extruded to obtain graphene nanosheet/aluminum composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanosheet/aluminum composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene nanosheet/aluminum composite material has good bonding of the graphene nanosheet-Al interface, plasticity and high strength.
