▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/polylactic acid composite comprises 0.01-10 wt.% graphene, 1-20 wt.% polyethylene glycol, and remaining polylactic acid. USE - Graphene/polylactic acid composite is useful as functional material e.g. antistatic material, electromagnetic-shielding material, and conductive carpet. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polylactic acid composite has excellent conductivity, mechanical property, thermal stability, and hydrolysis resistance. The composite can be prepared by a simple and easy method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/polylactic acid composite, which involves adding graphene or graphene oxide to 50-90 wt.% L-lactic acid aqueous solution, dispersing to obtain a mixed liquid, mixing the mixed liquid under inert gas atmosphere at 0.1-10 kPa and 100-180 degrees C for 1-5 hours, adding a mixture of catalyst and polyethylene glycol, reacting at 120-220 degrees C, melt-polycondensing for 4-30 hours to obtain an intermediate, crystallizing the intermediate for 0.5-5 hours at 90-150 degrees C, and solid-phase polymerizing the crystals at 0.05-2 kPa and 130-170 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere for 8-100 hours. The mass ratio of graphene or graphene oxide and L-lactic acid is 1:10-8000. The mass ratio of catalyst, polyethylene glycol, and mixed liquid is 1:1-20:50-100. The catalyst is p-toluenesulfonic acid and/or stannous chloride.
