NOVELTY - Composite building board comprises 6-12 pts. wt. urea formaldehyde resin, 6-10 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-scale light heavy calcium powder, 3-5 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 4-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide powder, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. poly(neopentyl glycol sebacate), 2-6 pts. wt. polypropylene adipate, 4-10 pts. wt. polybutylene lactam fiber and 2-6 pts. wt. polyester fiber. USE - The board is useful in mobile house, and various building material. ADVANTAGE - The board has improved flexural strength and compressive strength, light weight, and high strength.
