▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-based thermal insulation cotton fabric involves dissolving sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10), and 1/3 of total amount of acrylic acid, styrene, butyl acrylate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, stirring at 75-85degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution, then dissolving the remaining 2/3 amount of acrylic acid, styrene, butyl acrylate and ammonium persulfate initiator in deionized water, dripping in mixed solution within 2-3 hours, heat preserving for 2-3 hours to obtain emulsion, leaving still for 1 month to obtain polyacrylic acid coating agent, dissolving graphene oxide in the polyacrylic acid coating agent, stirring to prepare graphene oxide-containing polyacrylic acid coating agent, soaking the cotton fabric in the graphene oxide-containing polyacrylic acid coating agent through infiltration equipment, and then drying the cotton fabric at 105-115degreesC for 5-8 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-based thermal insulation cotton fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared cotton fabric has air permeability of 854.3-770.5 mm/second, Clo value of 1.09-1.15, which is more than Clo value of cotton fabric before finishing process, and excellent thermal insulation property without affecting the air permeability. The Clo value is not reduced even after 10 washes.
