▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A recyclable nanocarbon material coated-fiber adsorbent comprises a fiber base layer surface grafted with dopamine, and a nano carbon material layer including graphene oxide and/or acidified carbon nanotubes. The nano carbon material layer has a surface carbon to oxygen atomic ratio of 2:1-6:1, and nitrogen-oxygen atomic ratio of 1:8-1:30. USE - Recyclable nanocarbon material coated-fiber adsorbent is used in adsorption of dye wastewater including crystal violet, basic fuchsin, night blue, phenolic red and/or Nile blue (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The recyclable nanocarbon material coated-fiber adsorbent has adsorption capacity of 80%, even after subjected to adsorption-desorption treatment for 10 times. By forming a surface grafting layer of dopamine on the surface of the fiber, the surface graft layer causes the surface of the fiber to contain an amino group, charge adsorption of a negatively charged nanocarbon material is achieved, and amino group is positively charged under acidic conditions, thus the dye absorbability of the adsorbent is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of recyclable fiber adsorbent-coated nanocarbon material, which involves immersing fiber surface grafted with dopamine in nano carbon material dispersion, stirring at 100-800 rpm and 20-60 degrees C for 0.1-1 hour, washing and drying the resultant fibers, and repeating the immersion process 2-20 times. The fiber surface grafted with dopamine is obtained by adding dopamine substance to the buffer solution with pH of 8-11, adding fibers after removing the surface oils and contaminant, stirring, reacting for 8-24 hours, washing and drying. The mass ratio of the fiber to the dopamine substance is 1-10:100.
