▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Pre-lithiated silicon-containing cathode comprises a cathode current collector, a silicon cathode material loaded on the cathode current collector and a functional coating loaded on the surface of the silicon cathode material. The silicon-containing cathode is pre-lithiated. The functional coating isolates the metal lithium from contacting the silicon cathode material. USE - Used as pre-lithiated silicon-containing cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode: improves the electronic conductivity by improving the conductivity of the contact surface between the silicon cathode and the metal lithium; avoids metal lithium loss and thermal runaway when pre-lithiation and improves the electronic conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the pre-lithiated silicon-containing cathode comprising (a) placing silicon cathode material, conductive agent and adhesive into slurry, dispersing uniformly, coating on the two side surface of the cathode current collector, drying roller pressure to obtain the silicon carbon cathode, (2) mixing graphene or conductive carbon black, dispersant and adhesive into slurry, dispersing uniformly, coating on the surface of two sides of the silicon carbon cathode to obtain the silicon carbon cathode of the load functional coating and (3) pre-lithiating the silicon carbon cathode of the load functional coating to obtain the pre-lithiated silicon-containing cathode.
