NOVELTY - The sensor has a cavity wall (1) formed with a closed chamber. An air inlet (2) and an air outlet (3) are formed on an opposite side of the cavity wall. A transparent hole is formed on the cavity wall. A light transmission hole and the air inlet are formed at a same side. Two electric connection parts are respectively passed through two opposite sides of the cavity wall. An electric sensitive portion (7) is fixed between the two electric connection parts. The cavity wall is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet and the air outlet are connected with each other. USE - Photoacoustic effect gas sensor based on graphene. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high gas concentration detection sensitivity. The sensor places the electric sensitive part in the chamber, so that the influence of the external environment to the conductive characteristic of the electric sensitive portion is small, and the accuracy of the detection result is ensured.
