▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for fabricating high quality graphene quantum dots with uniform size and high quality emission property, involves steps of mixing graphite powders with metallic hydrate salts to form an intercalation compound of graphite in which metal ions are inserted by heating the mixed solution, and removing the metal ions from the intercalated compound. USE - Fabrication of high quality graphene quantum dots (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to display devices, recording devices, semiconductor material, sensors, nanocomputers and in biological and medicinal applications. ADVANTAGE - The fabrication method produces graphene quantum dots with high quality emission and uniform size, with improved yield at low temperature, by a simple, safe and easy process.
