NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano metal/graphene composite filler by (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion by dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, dispersing, (ii) adding aqueous-ammonia to the graphene oxide dispersion to adjust the pH of the solution to 10-12, heating and refluxing, after completing the reaction, cooling, filtering, and washing the solution with deionized water, and freeze-drying the obtained solid product to obtain aminated graphene oxide, and (iii) preparing nano metal/graphene composite filler by adding the aminated graphene oxide to deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion of aminated graphene oxide, adding the metal salt powder to the aminated graphene oxide dispersion and mixing to obtain mixed solution, performing liquid-phase microwave reduction reaction on the mixed solution, after the reaction is completed, waiting for the solution to cool to filter and washing with deionized water and freeze-drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent conductivity, large specific surface area and excellent dispersibility, solves the problems of easy aggregation and poor dispersion stability of the functional filler, is simple in process, environmentally-friendly, and suitable for industrial scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing nano metal/graphene composite filler by (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion by dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, where the concentration of graphene oxide in the dispersion liquid is 1-10 mg/ml, (ii) adding aqueous-ammonia to the graphene oxide dispersion to adjust the pH of the solution to 10-12, heating and refluxing, after completing the reaction, cooling, filtering, and washing the solution with deionized water, and freeze-drying the obtained solid product to obtain aminated graphene oxide, and (iii) preparing nano metal/graphene composite filler by adding the aminated graphene oxide to deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion of aminated graphene oxide, where the concentration of aminated graphene oxide in the dispersion liquid is 1-10 mg/ml, adding the metal salt powder to the aminated graphene oxide dispersion and mixing to obtain mixed solution, where the concentration of the metal salt in the mixed solution is 0.01-0.1 mmol/ml, (c) performing liquid-phase microwave reduction reaction on the mixed solution, after the reaction is completed, waiting for the solution to cool to filter and washing with deionized water and freeze-drying the obtained solid product to obtain the product.
