NOVELTY - Graphene-modified DC high voltage insulated cable material comprises 70-100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide. USE - Used as graphene-modified DC high voltage insulated cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent electrical conductivity, DC breakdown resistance, capability, and strong chemical bond between graphene and polyethylene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-modified DC high voltage insulated cable material comprising taking the components in proportion, applying the extruder to the outside to applying the magnetic field, blending and extruding at 120-150 degrees C.
