▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A silicon-nitrogen doped carbon-nitrogen doped graphene composite material is obtained by mixing graphene oxide, silicon source and nitrogen-containing carbon in a mass ratio of 1-4:2:2-6 to obtain nitrogen-doped core-shell structure coated with carbon and silicon particles, performing high-temperature carbonization on the nitrogen-doped carbon-coated silicon particles and uniformly embedded in the nitrogen-doped hybrid graphene layer. USE - Silicon-nitrogen doped carbon-nitrogen doped graphene composite material for a cathode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material can be prepared in a simple and controllable manner without pollution and with improved electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a silicon-nitrogen doped carbon-nitrogen doped graphene composite material.
