NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene paper involves injecting graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle according to 1:2-5 weight ratio, stirring to obtain evenly mixed material, heating the kettle and maintaining temperature at 50-80 degrees C, discharging upper suspension through discharge port to storage tank after stopping the reaction, passing graphene suspension from storage tank to centrifuge, centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking spin-coated supernatant, drying to obtain crude film, washing dried film by spraying distilled water and drying using freeze-dryer. USE - Preparation of graphene paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene paper with high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene paper involves (a) injecting 98% or more purity with 30-500 mu m particle diameter graphite flakes and stripping liquid into the reaction kettle having a stirrer according to the weight ratio of 1:2-5, stirring is started by the motor of the kettle to obtain evenly mixed material, (b) heating the kettle and maintaining temperature at 50-80 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, (c) discharging the upper suspension through discharge port to the storage tank after stopping the reaction, standing still for 24 hours to obtain initial product, (d) passing the graphene suspension from storage tank to the centrifuge, centrifuging the suspension with the speed of 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking the supernatant which is spin-coated, drying to obtain the crude film and (e) washing the film by spraying distilled water and drying using freeze-dryer. The stripping liquid comprises 100 pts. wt. water, 30-100 pts. wt. alcoholic solvent and 50-80 pts. wt. polyacrylate or polyacrylate derivative.
