NOVELTY - The present invention provides a graphene thermal battery structure, including: a casing; a cover; a pair of terminals; an excitation element; an ignition element; A single cell includes a negative electrode sheet, an electrolyte sheet, and a positive electrode sheet. Each negative electrode sheet is composed of a lithiated graphene electrode, and each lithiated graphene electrode is composed of a porous graphene. The substrate is formed by the lithiation process and has multiple pores and gaps between the graphene layers, allowing multiple lithium ions to be embedded in the gaps between the graphene layers and the layers through the electrolyte filled in the pores. Thereby, the output power of the graphene thermal battery using each lithiated graphene electrode as the negative electrode sheet can be increased, and the electrode has stronger mechanical strength, better thermal conductivity, and better electrical conductivity.
