▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aniline sensor with three-dimensional foamed graphene material as sensing film comprises a sensing film placed on surface of a silicon substrate, a gold electrodes on both ends and a lead wires on an electrode pair to connect to external circuits for transmitting electrical signals. The thickness of the sensing film is 0.05-2.5 mm. The gold electrode is 0.5-15 nm thick titanium and 50-500 nm thick gold as electrodes, which improves the contact ability between the electrode and graphene. The size of the silicon substrate is 2-4 cm wide, 3-5 cm long and 0.2-0.5 cm thick and the upper surface layer is oxidized in a single layer. USE - Used as aniline sensor with three-dimensional foamed graphene material as sensing film. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, fast response speed, low detection limit and strong repeatability, good stability, improved portability, important practice and research value and reduces power consumption in using process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for preparing the aniline sensor.
