NOVELTY - Safety heating film useful for inhibiting displacement current, comprises positive and negative aluminum plated insulating layer, adhesive layer, current carrying strip, silver paste conductive silver paste, graphene conductive paste and base layer USE - The film is useful for inhibiting displacement current (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film is economical and simple to manufacture; has light reflectivity of 92%; and blocks the downward radiation of infrared heat, and enhances the heat radiation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the safety heating film, comprising (i) selecting graphene slurry, placing in constant temperature and constant humidity, and recording the storage data of graphene slurry in real time; (ii) taking out the graphene slurry, detecting the quality of the graphene slurry, grinding, stirring, defoaming, filtering, proportioning, and stirring again to form graphene conductive paste mixed solution; (iii) selecting BOPET pre-soaking film as substrate layer, performing electrostatic elimination and corona treatment, placing the graphene conductive paste mixed solution in an automatic high precision slit extrusion coating mold, placing the processed BOPET pre-soaking film on the automatic high precision coating machine for coating, setting the coating thickness of the coating machine, transferring into the dryer, drying and forming a two-layer structure of the film-shaped base material; (iv) taking two layers of film-shaped base material obtained in (iii) coating silver paste conductive adhesive on the surface of the surface of which needs to be attached with a flow-carrying strip, coating, drying, pressing and attaching the current carrying strip, so as to form a four-layer structure of the film-shaped base material; (v) mixing the LDPE particles and EVA particles in a mixer, heating and dehumidifying the mixed material, melting and extruding into the modified transparent film with the thickness of 90-140 m at 250-310degrees Celsius so as to form a fifth layer of adhesive layer; (vi) selecting the positive and negative aluminum-plated insulating layer, performing electrostatic elimination and corona treatment, extruding and compounding the fifth layer of adhesive layer obtained in (v) and four-layer structure obtained in (iv) by three-roller composite mechanism, so as to form a six-layer structure of the film-shaped base material, using the cutting machine to cut and trim the corner, coding, and cutting it according to the actual requirement size so as to obtain the safety heating film sheet capable of inhibiting displacement current; (vii) detecting the electro-thermal film sheet obtained in (vi), detecting the power, thickness, heating uniformity meeting the requirement, finishing detection, mounting flame-retardant waterproof connecting wire (power line) on the two side current carrying strip position and using the flame-retardant cloth-based adhesive tape and gumming dirt as sealing edge insulation treatment; (viii) selecting polyvinyl chloride rolling film as protective layer, synchronously pressing two sets of PVC calendered film and the six-layer structure of the film-like substrate obtained in (vii) into the envelope through high-frequency waves, placing step (vii) in a PVC protective envelope to obtain a finished film-like electric heating film with an 8-layer structure.
