NOVELTY - Device (10) comprises a container part (100) having storage space in which solvent and graphite are accommodated and cooling path formed along sidewall and bottom surface; a cooling unit (200) connected to cooling path to supply cooling water; a heating unit (300) connected to the outer peripheral surface of the container part to heat the container part; and a current applying unit (400) for weakening the interlayer bonding force of the graphite by applying current to the solvent accommodated inside the container part. USE - The device is useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device provides graphene with excellent yield in economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene comprising (a) supplying solvent and graphite to the container, (b) applying current to the solvent to weaken the interlayer bonding force of the graphite, (c) cleaning the graphite, (d) diluting the graphite in the organic solvent, and (e) exfoliating graphene from the graphite by introducing the organic solvent including graphite into a high-pressure disperser.
