▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide/sulfur composite lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode material comprises reduced graphene oxide which is a three-dimensional carbon material conductive network, cobalt-nickel-phosphorus quantum dots attached to the reduced graphene oxide sheet layer, and cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide loaded sulfur. USE - The cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide/sulfur composite lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode material is used in lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode with adsorption, catalysis and high conductivity characteristics. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode material accelerates the oxidation-reduction reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide/sulfur composite lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode material, which involves (i) mixing graphene oxide, cobalt salt, nickel salt, urea and ethylene glycol, stirring, reacting in a high-pressure reaction kettle, centrifuging, vacuum-drying, and calcining to obtain a cobalt-nickel-doped graphene precursor body, (ii) placing the precursor obtained in step (i) and sodium hypophosphite in a tubular furnace and calcining under an inert gas to obtain cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide, (iii) mixing the cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide obtained in step (ii) with sulfur, uniformly grinding, and annealing in an inert atmosphere to prepare a cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide/sulfur composite lithium-sulfur battery positive electrode material, in which sulfur is uniformly supported on cobalt-nickel-phosphorus-reduced graphene oxide.
