▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A gas sensor preparing method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in a mixing solvent at frequency of 40-100 kHz for 1-3 hours to obtain single dispersed suspension. Pyrrole is added to the suspension, and reacted, filtered, and washed with N,N-dimethyl formamide for 2-3 times, to obtain solid powder of the reduction-oxidation graphene, followed by dispersing the solid powder in an organic solvent to obtain dispersion liquid, dropping the dispersion liquid on the surface of an electrode, and drying in vacuum to obtain the gas sensor based on the reduction-oxidation graphene. USE - Method for preparing gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensor has excellent sensing property on ammonia gas molecules, and can be prepared in simple, and applicable to the large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A gas sensor preparing method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in a mixing solvent at frequency of 40-100 kHz for 1-3 hours to obtain single dispersed suspension. Pyrrole is added to the suspension, and reacted at 60-100 degrees C for 12-24 hours, after the reaction is finished, filtered, and washed with N,N-dimethyl formamide for 2-3 times, to obtain solid powder of the reduction-oxidation graphene, followed by dispersing the solid powder in an organic solvent to obtain dispersion liquid, dropping the dispersion liquid on the surface of an electrode, and drying in vacuum to obtain the gas sensor based on the reduction-oxidation graphene.
