▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing tin phosphate, comprises heating and reacting a divalent or tetravalent tin cation precursor or a zero-valent tin metal precursor and phosphorus at 400-600 degrees C under inert gas or vacuum reactor, cooling to 25-250 degrees C, and controlling the content of tin and phosphorus by controlling the partial pressure of the phosphorus or the cooling rate. USE - The tin phosphate is useful in alkali ion secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method easily adjusts composition of tin and phosphorus by controlling the partial pressure of phosphorus or the cooling rate, increases phosphorus content, controls the particles in easy manner, and improves electrochemical performance such as speed performance, capacity, voltage, and lifespan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for alkali ion secondary battery comprising a cathode comprising tin phosphide prepared by the above method, an anode and an electrolyte.
