▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene hollow sphere/indium tin oxide (ITO) glass electrode comprises mixing three-dimensional graphene hollow spheres with 20 mL deionized water to get suspension; cleaning ITO glass in acetone solution, ethanol solution and deionized water for 10 minutes, respectively, naturally drying at room temperature, and fixing on heating plate in automatic spraying equipment using transparent tape; and spraying with suspension using spray gun at 100 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene hollow sphere/ITO glass electrode used as working electrode in biosensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has large specific surface area, good conductivity, and high selectivity and sensitivity.
