▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multifunctional water purifying ceramic material comprises 60-85 pts. wt. diatomite, 10-15 pts. wt. red porcelain clay, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 8-16 pts. wt. modified graphene. The modified graphene is prepared by mixing graphene oxide and aniline, reacting with modified calcium sulfate whisker under the action of ammonium persulfate, and ball milling to obtain the product. USE - Used as multifunctional water purifying ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic material has excellent filtering effect, sterilizing property, and heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ceramic material, comprising (1) mixing the pretreated phosphogypsum with hydrochloric acid, stirring and reacting, filtering, and drying to obtain calcium sulfate dihydrate whiskers, (2) mixing the calcium sulfate dihydrate whiskers obtained in the step (1) with the ethanol solution, adding aqueous ammonia, ethyl orthosilicate and polyvinylpyrrolidone, stirring and reacting, filtering, drying to obtain modified calcium sulfate whisker blanks, mixing the modified calcium sulfate whisker blank with the gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane solution, stirring and mixing, and filtering to obtain modified calcium sulfate whiskers, (3) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with aniline, adding the modified calcium sulfate whiskers obtained in the step (2), stirring and mixing to obtain graphene oxide mixture, mixing the graphene oxide mixture with the catalyst solution, filtering after stirring the reaction, drying, and grinding to obtain modified graphene, and (4) taking diatomite, red porcelain clay, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and modified graphene obtained in the step (3), mixing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with water to obtain adhesive, mixing red porcelain clay with diatomite, adding modified graphene, mixing and grinding, obtaining the mixture, mixing the mixture with the adhesive and pressing into shape, obtaining blank, sintering the blank, cooling to room temperature, and discharging.
