NOVELTY - Preparing the light broadband wave-absorbing composite material comprises adding specific resin, dispersant, nucleating agent, surfactant, dispersing medium, and foaming agent prepared, the preparation method comprises e.g. mixing uniformly the resin, dispersant, high performance absorbent according to a certain proportion, extruding and processing by double screw to obtain high performance absorbent master batch, resin, high performance absorbent, dispersant, adding resin, nucleating agent, master batch containing high performance absorbent melt blending to obtain the absorbing resin particles, the weight of each component is: resin, nucleating agent, master batch containing high performance absorbent, and placing the wave-absorbing resin particles together with the dispersing medium and the surfactant into the foaming reaction kettle, then continuously introducing foaming agent into the foaming reaction kettle and heating and pressurizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing the light broadband wave-absorbing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and can be used for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing the light broadband wave-absorbing composite material comprises adding specific resin, dispersant, nucleating agent, surfactant, dispersing medium, and foaming agent prepared, the preparation method comprises (i) mixing uniformly the resin, dispersant, high performance absorbent according to a certain proportion, extruding and processing by double screw to obtain high performance absorbent master batch, 50-80 wt.% resin, 20-50 wt.% high performance absorbent, dispersant 0.1-1%; (ii) adding resin, nucleating agent, master batch containing high performance absorbent melt blending to obtain the absorbing resin particles, the weight of each component is: 30-60 wt.% resin, 0.1-1 wt.% nucleating agent, 40-70 wt.% master batch containing high performance absorbent; and (iii) placing the wave-absorbing resin particles prepared in the step (ii) together with the dispersing medium and the surfactant into the foaming reaction kettle, then continuously introducing foaming agent into the foaming reaction kettle and heating and pressurizing, when reaching the set temperature and pressure, rapidly releasing pressure to obtain the wave-absorbing resin foaming beads, the weight of each component is as: 40-60 wt.% absorbing resin particles, 40-60 wt.% dispersing medium, 0.1-1 wt.% foaming agent.
