NOVELTY - A high-wearable aldehyde-free elastic composite plate comprises a core plate, a middle plate provided one both sides of the core plate, and an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate provided on an outer side of the middle plate, and a protective layer provided between the upper surface plate and middle plate. The outer side of the upper surface plate is provided with a decorative surface. The protective layer includes an anti-wrinkle layer, an anti-crack layer, an antibacterial and antifungal layer, and a friction-resistant layer. The antibacterial and antifungal layer is a composite coated with elastic fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, graphene powder, and aqueous polyurethane resin. The weight ratio of graphene powder, elastic fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers and aqueous polyurethane resin is 5:5:6:10. USE - High-wearable aldehyde-free elastic composite plate.
