NOVELTY - Graphite antistatic coating comprises 36-48 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 8-10 pts. wt. organic silicone resin, 12-20 pts. wt. graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. aniline, 2-4 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. flattening agent and 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Graphite antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphite antistatic coating has improved stability, long-lasting antistatic property and enhanced oxidation resistance, and is safe and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing graphite antistatic coating involves (1) pulverizing and mixing acrylic resin and organic silicone resin, adding one part by volume of deionized water and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed resin slurry, (2) mixing aniline and graphene, adding 0.5 pts. wt. deionized water, heating at 40 degrees C and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified slurry, (3) pouring the mixed resin and modified slurry into stirring tank and stirring at low speed for 20 minutes, (4) adding nano-silicon dioxide, nano-zinc oxide and anti-settling agent and stirring for 40-60 minutes to obtain mixed slurry and (5) heating the mixed slurry at 40-50 degrees C and adding dispersant, leveling agent and defoamer to the mixed slurry and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain coating.
