NOVELTY - The electrochemical device has an intermediate layer and an active material layer, having specific area ratio, and electrolyte having compound with sulfur-oxygen double bond. The intermediate layer comprises conductive material which is one of carbon black, carbon, fiber graphene or carbon nanotube. USE - Electrochemical device i.e. lithium ion battery, for an electronic device (claimed) such as mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical device exhibits improved direct current internal resistance and safety performance.
